Warranty

According to Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.), certain products in our webshop come with a warranty, the details of which can be found in the respective product descriptions.

We cannot accept returns for broken items after delivery. Therefore, when ordering fragile items, please ensure in the presence of the courier that the product has arrived intact. If a product or its parts are damaged during delivery, please return the entire package with the courier and notify us by phone or email. The 8-day exchange guarantee does not apply to breakage of fragile products.

No warranty is provided for light sources.

Aquarium Warranty:

All our aquariums come with a 12-month warranty covering glass bonding and factory defects. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use or breakages. Neither the manufacturer nor the retailer is responsible for any consequential damages, and no compensation can be claimed under any circumstances. Maintenance or servicing by anyone other than an authorized distributor representative voids the warranty. Warranty and guarantee claims under consumer contracts are handled in accordance with Decree 49/2003 (VII.30.) of the Ministry of Economy and Transport.

Our aquariums can be used for both freshwater and marine setups. To preserve the integrity of the glass, hard materials (such as sharp rocks or metals) should not come into direct contact with the glass. The aquarium should be placed on a flat, level, and clean surface, preferably with a soft material underneath. When cleaning, ensure that the adhesive seals on the glass remain undamaged.

Warranty for Other Products:

Warranty-covered products in our webshop come with their original manufacturer’s warranty and a detailed warranty certificate. The warranty for a product is valid within the time period stated in the warranty document. Information on proper and safe product usage can be found in the product description. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use. To validate a warranty claim, the undamaged warranty certificate, the original proof of purchase, the product box, and all accompanying accessories must be presented; replacements for these items cannot be provided afterward. All shipping costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

Our products are intended for hobby use only. We do not take responsibility for damages resulting from professional use.

Defective products can be exchanged in-store within 8 days. For all other cases, please contact the distributor directly with your warranty-related issues.
